Cave of Imagination

The Cave of Imagination is a wonderful programme we host every week, where we invite children in Birzeit and the surrounding communities to join us for fun, creativity, and imagination!

For an hour every week, we invite the children from our community (ages 5-10 years old) to enter a new and magical world with us. A story teller unfolds a world for the imagination, through both oral and written stories. Two age groups (5-7 and 8-10) allow us to respond to the different levels. With younger children we tell stories and engage them in creating their own to share. With the older children, we work to enable them to create and write their own stories.

It is our hope to instill a love of reading and writing as well as develop a lively imagination in the children of our community.
